Like, wearing a mischievous grin, laughing out loud, happy?

Cos, Crone, you’re running out of chances, so grab what makes you gleeful.

The choice is ours–to shrink into bitter little old ladies, or grow into Wild Old Women.

The Crone Herself says, “Crones can’t do it alone.”

Up against the evil eye that befalls women of every age, We need each other for reality checks, and affirmation.

We need each other for instigation and provocation.

Whether you’re 35 or 85, it’s not too early or too late to meet yourself right where you are, and love with abandon who you find.

It’s not too late. And, it’s never too early to:

Walk away from that situation, or to start over.

Treat yourself like you’re your favorite, most reliable, most loveable, most loyal, most forgiving, most interesting friend.

Start the journey, continue on the path, or change directions.

Get your finances in order.

Permit yourself to travel.

Go back to school.

Address your neurodiversity and institute helpful ways to make your life easier.

Take up space, speak your truth, ask the question, make the decision, go for it.

It’s time to finally look the past squarely in the eye–heal what we’re able, and let go of the rest. A facet of being a Crone is finding ourselves exhausted by the ways we still respond to childhood trauma, sexual violence, family dysfunction. It’s time to finally lay down the coping mechanisms that helped us survive, but hurt us, now.

There’s no right or wrong way to tap into your Big Crone Energy. That said, Introspection is not the same as reflection. We need mirrors, a listening ear, accountability, someone who embodies the energy we are striving to access.

The core purpose of my teachings is to lead you into acceptance, reclamation and love for all your life experiences–those in the past, those you’re in now, and those you will shape with intention for your future.

When you’re exhausted by trying to fix yourself, burnt out by trying to heal yourself, tired of your own cyclical nonsense, you’re ready to ask for help. You need an Elder to help you take responsibility for your life, boundaries, health, style, happiness, creativity, peace, and power.

When you lay claim, and take responsibility for your personal power and self-authority, your whole life will fall into formation.

It’s time to address our codependency, internalized oppression and rewards for being good girls. It’s time to create space for pleasure, rest, play, and the life you only let yourself imagine in your journal. Blow it all up. Stand as your Self.

Claim the Wild Old Woman within you. What does that look like? Here’s a hint: It doesn’t look like anyone else, or the fulfillment of someone else’s fantasy of you. You are an amalgamation of Archetypal Energy, a fractal iteration of God Herself, descendant of lineages of Old Women from the beginning of time.

The Crone is her own best ally. Step forward into the ease and elation of Her/Your Self.

You don’t need another life coach, you need an elder, a Sacred Guide, a Priestess. You need The Crone Herself.

It shows up just the way we need it to, like the most dedicated lover we’ve ever had. After all, it is the most dedicated lover. It’s been in you since you incarnated, and has been with you since you were carbon formed in ancient star clusters.

Big Crone Energy is another way of talking about Self-Mastery that asks us to take inventory of ourselves–reviewing where we’ve been, acknowledging where we stand right now, and proclaiming where we’re going. Then, we step forward in the direction of the biggest, boldest, most radically self-loving life we can dare to conjure. We take responsibility for ourselves and leave the rest of it–other people’s ish–behind. We turn toward ourselves first, foremost, and always with love, compassion and respect.
